How to order · Cara memesan

Ordering takes a few minutes. Here's the whole journey, from picking a piece to tracking the parcel.

Open a product and choose a colour, then a size. The Size guide link shows the measurements for that piece. A Pre-order label means the piece is made for you after you order, and the product page shows roughly how many weeks that takes.

Open your bag and tap Checkout. An account is optional:

• As a guest, all you need is your name and a WhatsApp number or email.
• With an account, your orders and addresses stay saved for next time.

Type your postal code and pick your area from the list. Courier prices for your area appear straight away, based on the weight of your order. Drop a pin on the map if you'd like to see same-day options such as GoSend and GrabExpress.

Ordering a pre-order piece and a ready-stock piece together? They travel together in one parcel, with one shipping fee, as soon as the pre-order piece is finished.

Have a code? Enter it in the order summary and tap Apply. You'll see the discount before you confirm. One voucher per order.

Your order page shows our BCA account and the amount to send, down to the last 3 digits. Send exactly that amount, then tap Payment complete while the timer is still running. The Payment guide has the details.

We check every transfer against our bank statement. Ready-stock pieces then leave us within 1 to 2 working days.

Your order page shows every step and, once the parcel is booked, its tracking number. Find it under My account › My orders, or, without an account, through Track order or the order link shown after checkout.

Memesan hanya butuh beberapa menit. Berikut seluruh prosesnya, dari memilih produk sampai melacak paket.

Buka produk, pilih warna, lalu ukuran. Tautan Panduan ukuran menampilkan ukuran produk tersebut. Label Pre-order berarti produk dibuat setelah Anda memesan, dan halaman produk menampilkan perkiraan lamanya dalam minggu.

Buka tas Anda dan ketuk Checkout. Akun tidak wajib:

• Sebagai tamu, cukup nama dan nomor WhatsApp atau email.
• Dengan akun, pesanan dan alamat tersimpan untuk berikutnya.

Ketik kode pos Anda lalu pilih area dari daftar. Harga kurir untuk area Anda langsung muncul, sesuai berat pesanan. Tandai lokasi di peta jika ingin melihat pilihan di hari yang sama seperti GoSend dan GrabExpress.

Memesan produk pre-order dan ready stock sekaligus? Keduanya dikirim bersama dalam satu paket, dengan satu ongkos kirim, begitu produk pre-order selesai.

Punya kode? Masukkan di ringkasan pesanan lalu ketuk Pakai. Potongannya terlihat sebelum Anda mengonfirmasi. Satu voucher per pesanan.

Halaman pesanan menampilkan rekening BCA kami dan jumlah yang harus dikirim, sampai 3 digit terakhir. Kirim tepat sejumlah itu, lalu ketuk Pembayaran selesai selama waktunya masih berjalan. Panduan pembayaran menjelaskan detailnya.

Setiap transfer kami cocokkan dengan mutasi rekening. Produk ready stock lalu dikirim dalam 1 sampai 2 hari kerja.

Halaman pesanan menampilkan setiap tahap dan, setelah paket dipesan ke kurir, nomor resinya. Buka lewat Akun saya › Pesanan saya, atau tanpa akun lewat Lacak pesanan atau tautan pesanan yang muncul setelah checkout.
