Pre-order policy · Kebijakan pre-order

Some Hara pieces are only made once they've been ordered. You'll recognise them by the Pre-order label on the photo and product page.

The product page gives an estimate, such as "est. 2-3 weeks", and sometimes the dates we expect to send the piece. That's the day it leaves us; the courier's travel time comes on top.

If making takes longer than planned, we tell you the new date. Should the wait stretch more than 14 days beyond the first estimate, you choose: keep the order, or cancel it and get your money back in full.

You pay the full price when you order, in the same way and within the same time as any other piece.

Each batch has a set number of places, and some close on a set date. Both are on the product page. Once the places are taken or the date has passed, that pre-order is closed.

Your whole order is sent together, in one parcel and for one shipping fee, when the pre-order piece is finished.

A pre-order is made just for you, so it can't be cancelled after payment, except when it's delayed as described above. If we ever have to cancel it ourselves, we refund you in full.

Pre-order pieces can be returned or replaced only if they arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered. The Shipping & returns page explains how.

Pre-order dibayar penuh saat memesan, dengan cara dan batas waktu yang sama seperti produk lain.

Setiap batch punya jumlah tempat tertentu, dan sebagian ditutup pada tanggal tertentu. Keduanya tertera di halaman produk. Setelah kuota penuh atau tanggalnya lewat, pre-order tersebut ditutup.

Seluruh pesanan dikirim bersama, dalam satu paket dan dengan satu ongkos kirim, setelah produk pre-order selesai.

Pre-order dibuat khusus untuk Anda, jadi tidak bisa dibatalkan setelah dibayar, kecuali terlambat seperti dijelaskan di atas. Jika kami yang harus membatalkan, dana Anda kembali penuh.

Produk pre-order hanya bisa dikembalikan atau ditukar jika tiba rusak, cacat, atau tidak sesuai pesanan. Caranya ada di halaman Shipping & returns.
